What devices work best for doing the video call?
At the moment, our platform runs best on a desktop or laptop machine. We’ve had success on tablets as well, although we are still working on optimizing other parts of our platform to properly render on mobile devices.
What browser do you recommend for the video call?
Our video experience is best seen on Google Chrome and Firefox.
I can’t hear the audio or see my video?
Be sure to give your browser permission to access your camera and microphone. Also, check that you have your volume on. If you have a lot of tabs on your browser open, try closing them. Lastly, you can also try to refresh the video call window.
How do I setup my space to get the best results during a call?
Proper lighting conditions plays a major role in having a successful video session. We recommend you sit opposite a window, use a lamp pointing towards your face, and place your device at eye level (sometimes you have to stack it on top of book or a box).
